1971 – graduated secondary school in Aksuat village
1978 г. – graduated Kazakh Language and Literature specialty in Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute
2001 г. – defended candidate dissertation in A. Baitursinov NAS of RK Linguistics Institute. The topic of dissertation was «Қазақ тілі жуысыңқы дауыссыздарының түрленімі». He is the author over than 60 scientific works.
Work experience
с 1978 г. – worked as teacher
1990 – 1994 гг. – teacher of Kazakh Language in the East Kazakhstan engineering school
1994 – 1999 гг. – head teacher of Kazakh Philological department in the East Kazakhstan State University
1999 – 2000 гг. – associated professor of Kazakh Language department in the East Kazakhstan State University
2000 – 2008 гг. – head of Kazakh Language and Literature department in philological faculty
2008 – 2011 гг. – dean of Philological faculty in S. Amanzholov EKSU
From March 2011 he is acting pro-rector of Students Social Affairs
