On 17-18 May, 2018 Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University conducts the International scientific and practical conference on the theme "Rukhani zhangyru (Spiritual revival): scientific heritage and national values", devoted to the 90th anniversary of the Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor, State Prize Laureate and NAS RK Sh. Ualikhanov Prize, honored scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zaki Akhmetov.

Scientists, teachers, professors, doctoral students, undergraduates and university students are invited to participate in the conference.
The plenary meeting will be held on May 18, 2018 at the East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Kazahstan street, 55, administrative building of S. Amanzholov EKSU, assembly hall.
Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
If you want to take part in the work of the conference, please submit the following documents to the Organizing Committee by May 1, 2018:
- application form for participation by the attached form;
- an article prepared according to the requirements below;
- a copy of the document confirming the payment of the registration fee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARING THE ARTICLE
Reports are accepted in the form of articles with a volume of no more than 5-6 A4 pages (210-297 mm) on paper, including drawings, graphics, tables. The set is implemented in the Microsoft Word editor in Times New Roman font (KZ Times New Roman): the main text is font size 14 (table, picture, graph 10 font) in 1 interval, the red line is 0.7 cm. Fields: left field - 20 mm, right - 17 mm, upper and lower - 20 mm. At the top left is written UDC, below on the next line of the author's surname and initials in capital letters (first indicate the author, then the supervisor), in the next line - in lower case the organization in which the work and the city are executed, then through the line - centered title of the report in capital letters , Then through the line - the text of the report. The report uses only markers in the form of a dash, and the numbering is in the form of an Arabic numerals with a bracket. It is obligatory to indicate the list of references (footnotes on them in square brackets). The list of references is indicated after the main text through a line.
The author is responsible for the content of the article. Materials provided late or not meeting the requirements are not considered. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select materials for publication.

For the staff of S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University: the text of the article is submitted to the organizing committee in one copy on paper medium with good print quality (without specifying page numbers) and in the electronic version. The proceedings of the conference will be published in the form of a collection.
