I have the honour to inform you that the Government of India has offered to award scholarships for the academic year 2019-20 to the citizens of Kazakhstan to study in India Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The applicants are required to have good knowledge of English language to avail these scholarship. Students applying for M.Phil./ Ph.D. courses, Performing Arts or Architecture should include a synopsis of the proposed area of research.
