Omsk High Schools' Days in Kazakhstan

East Kazakhstan was visited by the delegation of Omsk commercial and industrial chamber representatives and Omsk high schools rectors Council representatives.

Within the limits of the visit the members of delegation - heads, deans and professors of Omsk state technical university, Omsk state pedagogical university, Omsk state university of means of communication, F.Dostoevsky Omsk state university, Omsk state agrarian university, Omsk agrarian university of physical training met with the head and the faculty of the S.Amanzholov East Kazakhstan state university.

The first in the program was the meeting of the Russian colleagues with the rector, professor Beybut Mamraev, and the further ways of joint cooperation have been planned. Two round tables - «The Russian-Kazakhstan Cooperation in an Education Sphere and Sciences» and «The Transboundary Ecosystem of Irtysh: Problems and Modern Decisions» were organized.

The visit of the Russian colleagues became possible thanks to the Memorandum of cooperation between Republic Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in an education sphere, sciences and cultures signed in February, 2009 in Petropavlovsk. According to this document, the exchange of students and post-graduate students, scientific employees and teachers, participation in work of dissertational councils, and also improvement of professional skills of the faculty members through doctoral studies, postgraduate study, and magistracy is provided.

Today S. Amanzholov EKSU finds new forms of the international cooperation one of which is A possibility of obtaining the double diploma by THE students - the Kazakhstan and international sample. EKSU reached an agreement with one of the leading South Korean high schools - Kannam University on two-degree preparation of experts and signed the Memorandum of cooperation with the National University of Mongolia (Ulan-Bator) according to which a department on studying history and culture of Kazakh people and Kazakh language was opened there.

At the meeting the participants studied the possibility of new forms of the international cooperation in preparation of highly skilled experts with the Russian colleagues. Today the decision of a personnel potential problem gets new possibilities in connection with the introduction of three states - Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus into the Customs Union.
