A meeting of students with an expert mediator from Russia took place at EKSU

As part of the work of the Civilist circle of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, a meeting was held with the Master of Law, trainer-mediator, expert in business mediation, family mediation Yuri Nikolayevich Kapshtyk (Moscow, Russia).

 

The topic of the meeting-seminar was “Development of family mediation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation”.

 

The organizer of the meeting is the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of the S. Amanzholov EKSU, the head of the “Civilist” circle - Associate Professor, Ph.D. Marianna Ivanovna Dyachuk.
