Director of QAC – Bakytzhan Kelgembayeva
Candidate of philological sciences, Associate Professor of EKSU. Author of 2 monographs, 1 textbook, 5 teaching aids, 2 anthologies, 2 electronic textbooks, one documentary film, and more than 60 scientific articles. She passed a scientific and pedagogical training in Turkey, developed her qualifications in Portugal.
History and structural subsection:
Qualification Approval Center is a structural subsection of the Institute for Additional Professional Education. It was opened in 2012 on the basis of the Center for Professional Development, S.Amanzholov EKSU, which had functioned since 1969.
Mission of QAC is to provide region needs with human resources of anew formation oriented to the solution of urgent problems of advanced training and retraining of personnel in the field of education and the social sphere.
The purpose of QAC activities is the independent assessment and examination of professional competence and competences, development and implementation of high-quality educational services in the field of advanced training of various categories of listeners.
The main tasks:
- monitor the market for additional professional education, developing and promoting new educational programs, services, increasing the number of potential partners and clients;
- advanced training of the administrative staff and the teaching staff of the university;
- cooperation with foreign republican and regional educational institutions, public organizations in the field of professional development and additional professional education;
- implementation of programs to improve the qualifications of teaching staff abroad to use the experience of international practice in professional activities;
- Providing advisory assistance in the process of innovation activities to education workers and various spheres of production and social services.
- introduction of distance learning technology for students of advanced training courses.

In the educational process of the QAC using modern diagnostic tools ( "BOS", EEG, "Polygraph", etc.), multimedia equipment for mining oratorical skills, interactive classes, etc.
