History of the department:

The Research and Educational Center "Ziyatker" is a structural subdivision of the University. It was created on April 9, 2015 on the basis of the decision of the Academic Council of the University (No. 5 of 23.02.2015).

Mission of the department:

In accordance with the Regulations on the Research and Educational Center "Ziyatker" the main goal of its work is the high-quality training of young specialists and specialists of the highest qualification in the fields of psychological and pedagogical sciences on the basis of integrating the scientific and pedagogical potential of the divisions in conducting fundamental, search and applied scientific research, commercialization their results, development of new programs, technologies and methods, developing and integrating scientific research and educational process, methodical support of the educational process, development of cooperation.

In accordance with this, REC "Ziyatker" carries out activities in various directions.

In the field of scientific activity:

  • methodical support of the educational process of the university;
  • conducting workshops, seminars, refresher courses;
  • strengthening the practical orientation of training students, bachelors, undergraduates on the topics of RECs;

In the field of consulting activities:

  • the provision of scientific, methodological, expert and other types of consultations on the problems of various spheres of public life.

Structure of the unit:

  • The Zyatker SEC consists of the following units:
    • Museum of the history of education of the East Kazakhstan region;
    • Laboratory of Innovations in Education;
    • laboratory of sensory development;
    • laboratory of speech correction;
    • office of psychological counseling.

In the educational process, the center uses modern diagnostic devices: the logopedic simulator "Delf", audiometer, "Dark Sensory Room", BFB (biofeedback).
