Serpin-2050
A morrow is in our hands!
Government program “Mangilik el zhastari-industriyaga” – “Serpin – 2050” in the Republic of Kazakhstan created in 2014 with the purpose of training and employment on the East, North, and West of Kazakhstan experiencing shortage of staff, young people from the South regions of country – South Kazakhstan, Kizilorda, Almaty, Zhambyl, Mangistau regions, known as regions of factor of surplus of labor resources.
2015 a year was marked by the fact that for the program “Serpin – 2050” was allocated to technical specialties in East Kazakhstan state the name of Sarsen Amanzholov: Safety of vital functions and defense of environment, Information system, Technology of processing industries, Science and technology of new materials, etc. 138 place are distinguished in 2014, 174-2015, 2016-150 places of state educational underback.
A social project Mangilik El zhastary-industriyaga – “Serpin-2050” is included among the priority tasks setby the head of the state N. Nazarbayev in the strategy “Kazakhstan-2050”. The main idea of the Strategy is worthy of entering the top 30 developed countries, what is needed, first and foremost the training of highly qualified personnel.
For the successful implementation of the state strategy in this sector by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan initiated the social project “Mangilik El zhastary-industriyaga!” “Serpin-2050” is the implementation of successful training and the training of highly qualified specialists from among the young people of the South region in more than 20 universities and over 40 colleges in the Western, Eastern and Northern Kazakhstan.
An important item of the social project “Serpin-2050” is the payment of scholarships, provision of hostel and their further employment. 462 students receive education in 19 specialties. Every year from the beginning of the school year for participants of the program conducted organizational work on adaptation to the conditions of student life of the University. On these specialties, the vast majority of academic groups is a category of students of the above-mentioned project. Lessons are conduct in the state language. The training carried out on a sufficiently prepared material and technical base of the University, which is annually updated corresponds to the equipping and upgrading of international standards.
Anas Bakdaulet Mukhitdinuli – chairman, chief sardar of the student unit at the headquarters of the “Serpin-2050” EKSU.
He was born on the 26 October 1997 in the village of Atameken Maktaaral district of South Kazakhstan region, in 2014 he graduated from high school “Zhibek zholy”, in the same year he entered the specialty 5B011000 – Physics EKSU by the state educational grant. He is an active participant in all activities of the headquarters of the “Serpin-2050” since the day of its foundation. In 1996 he was elected chief Sardar of the student unit at the headquarters of the “Serpin-2050”.
2016 April – Winner of the nomination “Best speaker” of the debate tournament, held in Ust-Kamenogorsk;
2016 October – Republican debate tournament, held in Shymkent South Kazakhstan;
2016 October – Participant of training seminars for leaders among young people of Kazakhstan universities “Communicative relations of leaders among young people”, “Development among young people of new projects and business”, held at the Wellness centre leaders “Burabai-Discovery” in Shuchinsk Kokshetau region;
2016 November – Winner of the 3rd place debate tournament on the theme “Kazakhstan is the country of the great steppe”, held in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
