I sincerely congratulate You on a significant anniversary for our state – the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

The origins of the state holiday - Constitution day – come from the national referendum held on August 30, 1995. At the initiative of the rector of the East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov, Professor M. A. Tolegen, a book was published based on the materials of the front-line newspaper "Otandy korgauda", published during the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945.

The file "Otanda korgaud" in the form of photocopies of Newspapers is stored in the military history Museum of the National military-Patriotic center of the Armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Now in Kazakhstan there is also a book created from a digitized file of front-line Newspapers.
