Nostrification

In case of need the confirmations of recognition and establishment of equivalence of documents on education (Nostrification of documents on education) foreign students have to personally or by means of dean's office and the staff of department of international cooperation to prepare in the Center of Bologna Process and Academic Mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana) a number of documents. Receiving and delivery of documents on education on the procedure of recognition and nostrification is carried out through the Center of Bologna Process and Academic Mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana) (further - the Center), and also through the republican state enterprise on the right of economic maintaining "The centers of service of the population" of the Ministry of transport and communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - CSP) on an alternative basis.
- Foreign students are obliged to undergo the procedure of nostrification during the first semester of the arrival to the University. (The instructive letter of MES RK concerning inclusion in higher educational institutions (it is published annually). Foreign students have to hand over all documents, necessary for nostrification, in compulsory health insurance till December 1st of year of acceptance.
