S. Amanzholov EKSU and Altai State University (Russia, Barnaul) are implementing a joint educational program “Mathematical Methods and Information Technologies in Ecology and Nature Management”.
N the current academic year, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan allocated grants for 16 places under the program of academic mobility.
The Department of Scientific Work and International Relations has carried out work to attract foreign students from Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, China and India.
For the current year, EKSU has chosen a strategy to improve the quality of invited teachers, developed a system for paying teachers by grading salaries depending on the teacher’s Hirsch index.
In the new 2019-2020 academic year at S. Amanzholov EKSU plans to develop and implement new joint educational programs with universities abroad, including distant ones.
At all educational programs S. Amanzholov EKSU today reads the discipline "Modernization of public consciousness", and from the new school year it is planned to introduce a new discipline "Service to the community."
During their working trip to the East Kazakhstan region, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Vasily Ivanovich Oleinik and Gennady Gennadyevich Shipovsky visited the S. Amanzholov EKSU.
